The Blountstown Baseball and Softball league would like to invite everyone to Sam Atkins Park for our opening day festivities for the 2010 season. This will take place on Saturday, March 13, at 11 AM CST.
This will be an exciting day for the 240 baseball and softball players in the league. Teams will be introduced, the Blountstown Fire Department will present our Flag, the National Anthem will be sung and the “first pitch” will be thrown!!
Our concession will be stocked, umpires will be ready to call and players will be ready to play. Come out and support our kids, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors and enjoy a great day at the park. We’ll see you there!
