Blountstown Main Street is pleased to present the Christmas “Movie on the Square” Friday night at Magnolia Square Park downtown.
The festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a tree lighting hosted by the City of Blountstown. Showtime will follow at 5:45 p.m. with a trio of Christmas classics - Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and Santa Claus is Coming to Town. The movie is free, along with popcorn and Kool-aid. In addition, hamburgers, sodas, hot chocolate, and candy will be available for a small fee.
Attendees can bring an unwrapped toy to benefit the Sheriff’s Toys for Tots program and receive a complimentary hamburger and soda!
Bleachers will be set up or bring a folding chair or blanket and enjoy the movies on the lawn.
