Margaret Elizabeth (Davis) Yon, 85, of Blountstown, Florida, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015, in Panama City, Florida.
Margaret was born in Blountstown, October 2, 1929, to the late Joseph Broward and Viola (Montford) Davis. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Blountstown United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles “Charlie” Yon; and a son-in-law, Jeff Cummins.
Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte Cummins of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Rebecca Kastli and her husband, Walter, of Blountstown; grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Philip, and Laura; great-grandchildren, Naomi, J.J., Charles, and Astraea; and a sister, Patricia Ann Bludworth, and her husband, Talley, of Lynn Haven, Florida.
Funeral services were held in the Blountstown United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, with Reverend Nicholas Hughes officiating. Interment followed in Nettle Ridge Cemetery in Blountstown.
