Eric Stephen Atkinson, 57, of Bristol, Florida, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, in Tallahassee, Florida.
Eric was born in Toccoa, Georgia, January 26, 1957, to the late E. T. ‘Hoss’ and Zerlene (Shuler) Atkinson. He was a self-employed carpenter, was an avid outdoorsman, loved Florida State University football, and loved being with family and friends. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his significant other, Donna Reddick, of Bristol; two brothers, Hal Atkinson, also of Bristol, and Gary Thomas Atkinson of Toccoa; two nephews, Seth and Micah Atkinson of Palatka, Florida; and a great nephew, Mason Atkinson.
