Mr. Boykin "Junior" McCroan, 86, of Marianna died Sunday, October 4, 2009, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee.
Mr. McCroan was a life long resident of this area and was of Protestant faith. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.
He is survived by one son, James McCroan, of Marianna; one daughter, Rhonda Waldorff, of Altha; three grandsons, Michael McCroan, of Gainesville, Gregory McCroan, of Altha, and Mason Waldorff, of Altha; three granddaughters, Donna McCroan, of Cypress, Michelle Smith, of Gainesville, and Angela Hollis, of Altha; as well as 13 great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. McCroan will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, October 15, at Hall Funeral Home in Altha with Reverend Jim McIntosh officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
