Altha School held its annual “World's Fair” Friday, May 3.
Each year, Ms. Jackie Humphrey’s junior and senior history classes coordinate the event. In the high school competition, a pair or trio of students will cover the main aspects of a country, including the social, economic, political, religious, and cultural ideals. Fifth grade joins in the event covering the 50 U.S States.
It was a day filled with learning and fun. The kids continued to having a blast as they learned about various cultures around the world even sampling some of the food items from that region.
This year, despite the wet weather, it was another successful production complimented by many individuals of the small community. Congratulations, Altha students.
