On Tuesday, September 22, Mrs. Alday's second grade class conducted a scientific investigation to go along with Freedom Week.

They made patriotic "wind socks" to see the different effects of winds. They learned how bigger winds, called gusts, made their wind socks go higher and farther when they threw it in the air. They had a great time and learned a lot about wind.
