Avie Lou Tyre, 91, of Blountstown, Florida, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012, in Shenandoah, Texas.
She was born in Clarksville, Florida, and was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Sycamore, Florida.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert Allen Tyre, Sr.; her parents, Bidle and Ella Mae (Weathers) Roland; a son, Albert Eugene Tyre; and a brother, Luther Roland.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Allen Tyre, Jr., of Sneads and Charlie Mac Tyre of Spring, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 31, in the Chapel at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Rhoads officiating. Interment followed in Red Oak Cemetery.
