You are hereby notified that a Petition under oath has been filed in the above styled Court for the Termination of Parental Rights in the case of J.R. to the Department of Children and Families, a licensed child placing agency, for subsequent adoption.
You are hereby noticed that an Advisory Hearing will be held before the Honorable Magistrate David Johnson, of the Circuit Court, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20895 East Central Avenue, Blountstown, Florida, on the 19th day of March, 2013 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. (Central Time).
You have the right to appear with counsel at this hearing. If you can not afford legal representation, the Court will appoint counsel for you at this hearing upon the determination of insolvency. You must either appear on the date and the time specified or send a written response to the Court prior to that time.
