You are hereby noticed that an Advisory Hearing will be held before the Honorable Magistrate David Johnson, of the Circuit Court, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20895 East Central Avenue, Blountstown, Florida, on the 8th day of February, 2013 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. (Central Time).
You have the right to appear with counsel at this hearing. If you can not afford legal representation, the Court will appoint counsel for you at this hearing upon the determination of insolvency. You must either appear on the date and the time specified or send a written response to the Court prior to that time.
