Eugene E. Egler, 39, of Blountstown, is being held at the Calhoun County Jail on 31 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, plus exploitation of the elderly or disabled.
Egler allegedly took a relative’s credit card and charged over $786, resulting in over $482 overdraft fees to the victim.
Egler previously served prison time for the same offense.
