The FCCLA District 1 meeting was held on November 16 at Marianna. Altha had 14 members attending. Carr had 10 members attending.
The first order of business was to elect next year's district officers and those who would represent District 1 at the State Conference in March.
Megan Mantecon was elected District 1 Reporter.
Also, 3 Altha students will compete at state conference for state positions. They are as follows:
Collin Mears - State VP of Junior Relations
Brianna Yon - State Level Office
Emily Sewell - State President-Elect
We wish these three good luck in March.
During the business meeting, Emily Sewell, State VP of Recreation, assisted Brason English, State President-Elect, in conducting the order of business.
