OBITUARY - Bodiford

Betty Ann Bodiford of Altha, Florida passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 in Ft. Pierce, Florida at the age of 77. Betty was a homemaker and also worked at Oglesby Plants International, Inc. for over ten years. She was a 1952 graduate of Blountstown High School in Blountstown, Florida. She was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church near Altha.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. M. Bodiford and her parents, William and Rosa A. (Jones) Garrett.

Survivors include her daughter, Shelby Joyce Bodiford Harrell and her husband, Ricky, of Ft. Pierce; grandchildren, Richard Bodiford Harrell and Joshua Aaron Harrell; sister, Brenda Ann Barton of Valdosta, Georgia; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, July 1, 2012 in the Chapel at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Adams Funeral Home, P. O. Box 336, Blountstown, Florida 32424.
