The Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce launched the new “Brush Up & Wine Down” series Friday night at the Preble-Rish Gallery in downtown Blountstown.
Guests were treated to wine by Smokin’ Spirits while enjoying a hands-on art lesson from watercolor artist Anna Layton (pictured above). Erik Alford (shown at right) provided beautiful background music for the occasion.
Anna will offer classes every other Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The evening sessions will incorporate a brief lesson and instruction on how to recreate an inspiration image created by Anna.
