Mr. Harry Allen Grepke, 71, of Altha, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2009, in Blountstown.
Mr. Grepke was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and moved to Altha in 2005 from Sarasota, Florida. He was a retired electronic engineer. During his career, he developed the first electric car and was published in many science magazines. He served in the Air National Guard and was of the Lutheran faith.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Grepke, of Altha; a son, Mark Grepke, of Altha; a step-son, Billy Hilton, of Blountstown; a daughter, Debrona Syndram, of Morton, Illinois; a step-daughter, Debbie Woods, of Altha; a brother, Roger Grepke, of Cathedral City, California; three sisters, Vivian Rietborf of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Sandra White of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Charlotte Lacey of Counce, Tennessee; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
