Everyone from Altha School would like to congratulate Logan Cable for achieving his goal and making it to the All State Men’s Choir.
To get to this goal Logan had to take three different tests. The three tests that he had to pass were a written test, sight reading test, and a singing test. In the singing test Logan had to sing a song from the music they will be performing and he was tested on his vocal quality.
There are 101 students in the men’s chorus from the state of Florida that are chosen for this opportunity. The students with the highest scores from all over the state of Florida are placed in All State choirs. Logan was eligible for either the mixed chorus or the men’s chorus.
Logan will be rehearsing and performing at Tampa in January as part of the Florida Music Educators Association’s annual conference. Congratulations, Logan!
