Blountstown High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter was well represented at the organization’s National Leadership Conference. Harlea Perdue, who recently graduated with the Class of 2011, brought home first place in the nation in the Agribusiness competition.
The national conference was held from June 28-July 1 in Orlando, FL. The Agribusiness event in which Harlea competed was formatted as an objective test covering economic concepts and farm business issues.
FBLA is a large student organization intended to develop qualities of leadership and business acumen in high school and middle school students.
