Three Women Arrested In Murder Case Have Their Day In Court
The three women who allegedly conspired with Octavious Barnes to rob Slip ‘N Slide bar owner Bradley Harvell were back in court Monday to face second degree murder charges in Barnes’ death.
Mandy Allen, 43, pictured alone, along with Jessica Nicole Long, 19, and Heather Marie Ammons, 22, shown they are led to the courthouse, all entered pleas of not guilty. 
Barnes was shot and killed by Harvell after appearing at his door the night of July 19, dressed like a ninja and holding what turned out to be a toy gun. Barnes reportedly forced his way inside, demanded all Harvell’s money and was killed by the 83 year old man. According to Florida law, if someone is killed during the perpetration or attempt to commit a felony, anyone involved in orchestrating the crime will be charged with murder.
