A storm blew into our region around midnight Monday, leaving behind several downed trees and limbs. The worst result was a power outage that spread across several counties served by Gulf Power.
Folks in Bristol had electricity by 7 a.m. Tuesday, but some homes in Blountstown were without power until around 4 p.m. The outage was reportedly an issue with Gulf Power and was not a problem with local utilities.
