Friday night at Sam Atkins Park featured fireworks, food, and fun as the Independence Day Celebration was hosted by RiverTown Community Church.
Thousands from around the region converged in Blountstown for the event with several inflatable games, hot dogs, sno cones, contests, live music, and a fireworks show, all free of charge. Pictured, several women compete in the hot dog eating contest.
