2010 BLOUNTSTOWN ROAD RESURFACING
This project consists of the road paving and drainage improvements.
Plans and specifications can be obtained at Preble-Rish, Inc., 20684 Central Avenue East, Blountstown, Florida 32424, (850)674-3300. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes.
Bids will be received until 12:00 NOON CST, on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Blountstown City Hall, 20591 Central Avenue West, Blountstown, Florida 32424, and will be opened and read publicly on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. CST. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid –2 010 Blountstown Paving”.

NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS
The City of Blountstown will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing:
2010 BLOUNTSTOWN ROAD RESURFACING
This project consists of the road paving and drainage improvements.
Plans and specifications can be obtained at Preble-Rish, Inc., 20684 Central Avenue East, Blountstown, Florida 32424, (850)674-3300. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes.
Bids will be received until 12:00 NOON CST, on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Blountstown City Hall, 20591 Central Avenue West, Blountstown, Florida 32424, and will be opened and read publicly on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. CST. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid –2 010 Blountstown Paving”.
Completion date for these projects will be 45 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder.
Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $750.00 per day.
Please indicate on the envelope your company name, that this is a sealed bid, and the bid number.
The original bid plus two (2) copies should be included.
Cost for Plans and Specifications will be $ 75.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to PREBLE-RISH, INC.
The City of Blountstown reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the City.

NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS
The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing the following project:

DOOR AND WINDOW INSTALLATION
Plans and specifications can be obtained at Preble-Rish, Inc., 20684 Central Ave. East, Blountstown, FL 32424; (850) 674-3300. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes.

All bidders must be licensed General Contractors with the State of Florida. Please attach a copy of the license with the bid.
