A Bristol native and longtime pharmacist has been arrested in Marianna on drug charges.
Tresha Davis, 45, has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and grand theft.
Also arrested on the same charges was Priscilla Ann Noble, 20, a pharmacy tech.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, investigators learned over 10,000 generic hydrocodone pills had been stolen from the WalMart Pharmacy. The investigation led to Davis who allegedly stole 200 pills at least once a week since early March. Noble allegedly assisted Davis in the theft and the pills were reportedly taken to her residence to sell to a third party. Davis received $200 and Nobles $100 for each bottle they sold. Both were booked into the Jackson County Jail June 3.
