Kindergarten registration for the next school year will be on May 5. Parents need to bring the following:
1) Certified Birth Certificate
2) Social Security Card
3) Original Gold School Physical Form (both sides completed)
4) Original Blue Florida Immunization Record
5) Proof of Residential Address (example: Utility Bill in parent’s name with physical address).
Parents need to call the school at 762-3121 to schedule an appointment.
