NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners declares the following real property surplus pursuant to the procedure contained in County Ordinance 2020-03 because it serves no county purpose. The description of the property is as follows:

Lots 1-32, inclusive, Block 5, Mirror Lake Homesites First Addition, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, of the Plat Records of Calhoun County, Florida in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Florida

Notice is hereby given that the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners invites qualified firms to submit a bid for repairs to the Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department building.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the pre-bid conference at 9:00 am (CST) on Thursday, January 7, 2020 is mandatory. The meeting will be held on site at the Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department building (21252 NW Magnolia VFD Rd, Altha, FL 32421).
Bids Due: Deliver sealed bids to the Calhoun County Clerk’s Office by Tuesday, February 2, 2020 at 1 PM CST at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20859 Central Avenue, Room 130, Blountstown, Florida 32424. Bids after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners Regular Board meeting on Tuesday, February 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM CST.
*For bids over $200,000: Bid Bond Required and Payment & Performance Bonds required.
