Virginia “Ginny” Reichert, 78, of Wewahitchka, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at her home.
She was born in Buffalo Center, Iowa, and had lived in Wewahitchka for the past 15 years. She was retired from Social Security Administration and was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Wewahitchka.
She is survived by her husband, Carl W. Reichert, of Wewahitchka; three sons, Billy McIver and his wife, Patty, Jeff McIver and his wife, Cindy, and Gregg McIver and his wife, Julie; two daughters, Jan Oliver and her husband, Jonathan, Stephanie Rolfingsmeyer and her husband, Perry; three step-children, Bobby Reichert and his wife, Cathy, Patty Kagley and her husband, Stanley, and Joyce Fitzpatrick and her husband, Reuben; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jean Zielinski of Kerrville Texas, and Teresa Hutchins of Waukee City, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, January 16, from the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Wewahitchka. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, FL 32405.
