NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the administration of the ESTATE OF GRACE L. KEMP, Deceased, whose date of death was November 29, 2015, is pending in the Circuit Court for Calhoun County, Florida, Probate Division, File No. 2015- 93-PR; the address of which is Calhoun County Courthouse, 20859 Central Avenue, Blountstown, FL 32424. The names and addresses of the Petitioner and Petitioner’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against Decedent’s estate, including matured, contingent or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, a written statement of any claim or demand they may have. Each claim must be in writing and must indicate the basis for the claim, the name and address of the creditor or his agent or attorney, the amount the claim, and whether the claim is contingent or unliquidated, the nature of the uncertainty shall be stated. If the claim is secured, the security shall be described. The claimant shall deliver sufficient copies of the claim to the Clerk to enable the Clerk to mail one copy to the Petitioner. All persons interested in the Estate to whom a copy of this Notice of Administration has been mailed are required, WITHIN THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, to file any objection they may have, the validity of the Will, or the qualifications of the Petitioner, or the venue or jurisdiction of the Court.

The City of Blountstown, Blountstown, Florida is requesting sealed bids for the property located at 16111 Pear Street, Blountstown, Florida 32424. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm CST Tuesday, February 9, 2016 and the bids will be opened at 2:15 pm CST Tuesday, February 9, 2016.

Bids must be submitted on a special bid form that can be obtained from City Hall located at 20591 W. Central Avenue, Blountstown, Florida 32424. Faxed and emailed bids will not be considered. All bids must be sealed and received prior to the scheduled bid closing time. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with “Sealed Bid for Real Property” and mailed or hand delivered to:

The City of Blountstown will award this piece of real property to the highest qualifying bidder. It should be understood that it is being sold “as is”. Interested bidders are advised to inspect the property prior to submitting their bids. Individuals that want to view this property can do so at their convenience.

There is a minimum bid of $10,000.00. The transaction must be closed within 30 days of opening the bid and is payable by cashier’s check only.
