NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2009, entered in Civil Case No. 08-282-CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Calhoun County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, plaintiff, and DEANNE MATHIS COX and JAMES H. COX, JR., are Defendants.
