NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2009, entered in Civil Case No. 08-282-CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Calhoun County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, plaintiff, and DEANNE MATHIS COX and JAMES H. COX, JR., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE FRONT STEPS at the CALHOUN County Courthouse located at 20859 S.E. CENTRAL AVENUE in BLOUNTSTOWN, at 11:00 a.m. CST on the 7th day of January, 2010, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, T2N, R92, CALHOUN COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N 00 DEGREES 09’00” E ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF A GRADED COUNTY ROAD, 993.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID ROAD N. 00 DEGREES 09’00” E. 330.00 FEET; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 54’04” E. 330.00 FEET; THENCE S. 00 DEGREES 09’ 00”W 330.00 FEET. THENCE N 89 DEGREES 54’ 04” W. 330.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to an Order Granting the Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 4, 2009 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-000197 of the Circuit Court of the 14TH Judicial Circuit in and for CALHOUN County, Blountstown, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE FRONT STEPS OF THE COURTHOUSE at the CALHOUN County Courthouse located at 20859 SE Central Avenue East in Blountstown, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. CST, on the 7th day of January, 2010 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to-wit:

THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN CALHOUN COUNTY, FLORIDA.
