BHS French Club students bring home awards from competition

Six Blountstown High School students earned awards in the Statewide French Competition on March 12-14.

In Reading Comprehension level 1, Caroline Howell earned third place and Citlali Gutierrez earned second place. In level 3 Reading Comprehension, Olivia Atkins earned third place. Rachel Nandho was the only student participating in Poetry from BHS. She earned second place. Brock Williams, Megann Dillinger and Kaylin Weiler received a third place award for their art project on French Theater.

We are looking forward to next year's competition based on the 1889 World's Fair in Paris.
