Donna Gail Williams, 48, of Panama City, Florida, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015, in Panama City.
Donna was born April 17, 1966, to the late Leonard and Eva Mae (Foster) Williams. She lived all of her life in Panama City and was a homemaker and was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. She especially enjoyed Gulf Coast basketball and Special Olympics.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Black.
Survivors include three brothers, Mack Roulhac and his wife, Sandra, of Tampa, Florida, Roges Black and his wife, Eloise, of Panama City, and Elijah Black, also of
Panama City; four sisters, Melinda White and her husband, Willie, Marva Anderson, Sandra Ann Williams, and Sondra Annette Williams, all of Panama City; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 21, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Watson Cemetery in Bristol, Florida.
