LIBERTY COUNTY

Jan. 7: Hali Danielle Smith, resisting officer, obstruction without violence
Jan. 9: Kaleb M. Clark, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, Schedule II, grand theft of motor vehicle; Melissa Davis, holding for Gulf Co.; Richard G. Eddleman, poss. l/t 20 grams marijuana; Eleazar Roblero Perez, serving weekends
Jan. 10: Derwin Eugene Hood, obscene communication, travel to meet after use of computer to lure child; Mark BJ Nipper, obscene communication, travel to meet after use of computer to lure child

The above individuals were booked into the Calhoun or Liberty County Jail over the past week. Although they have been charged with a crime, they are considered innocent until proven guilty.
