Requirements.
Certified or Registered General, Builder or Residential License.
General Liability Insurance.
Worker Compensation Insurance or an exemption for All employees.
Pollution Occurrence Insurance. (Pollution occurrence insurance may be obtained through the Weatherization Assistance Program)
EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm and employ at least one Certified Lead Renovator.
