The City of Blountstown is soliciting proposals for the services of a firm or individual interested in providing
Building Inspection Services.
The City of Blountstown is seeking a person or firm with a Florida Building Official certification to provide a comprehensive proposal for a contract to provide building inspection services for the City of Blountstown. The proposal should include a statement of their qualifications, copy of insurance, copy of license and resumes of all proposed personnel, location of home office, and a list of professional references. The proposal also should provide the City with proposed rates for all residential and commercial plans review and inspections. The City is willing to negotiate all aspects of the submitted proposal. Interested persons may direct questions to James A. Woods, City Manager at the City of Blountstown, City Hall 850-674-5488 or e-mail at HYPERLINK “mailto:james.a.woods@blountstown.org” james.a.woods@blountstown.org. The sealed proposals will be accepted at City Hall located at 20591 Central Avenue West, Blountstown, FL 32424 until November 10, 2009 by 3:00 pm CST.
