TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the administration of the Estate of GLENDA S. NICHOLS, Case Number 2014-003-cp is pending in the Circuit Court for Calhoun County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Calhoun County Courthouse, Blountstown, Florida. The Personal Representative of the Estate is BILLY MAX NICHOLS. The name and address of the Personal Representative’s attorney is set forth below.
All persons having claims or demands against the Estate are required, WITHIN THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, to file with the Clerk of the above Court a written statement of any claim or demand they may have. Each claim must be in writing and must indicate the basis for the claim, the name and address of the creditor or his agent or attorney and the amount the claim is contingent or unliquidated, the nature of the uncertainty shall be stated. If the claim is secured, the security shall be described. The claimant shall deliver sufficient copies of the claim to the Clerk to enable the Clerk to mail one copy to the Personal Representative. All persons interested in the Estate to whom a copy of this Notice of Administration has been mailed are required, WITHIN THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, to file any objection they may have, the validity of the Will, or the qualifications of the Personal Representative, or the venue or jurisdiction of the Court.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance No. 2014-01 of the City of Blountstown. AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2006-06 ADDING SECTION 11 PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
SHALL BE PRESENTED to the City Council, City of Blountstown, for the second and final reading and then be adopted at a Regular City Council Meeting to be held Tuesday, the 11th day of February, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Meeting Room at 17262 NW Angle Street, Blountstown, Fl. 32424.
This ordinance shall become effective upon final passage as provided by law.

INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons or firms that sealed bids will be accepted at the Calhoun County Clerk of Court Office located at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20859 Central Avenue East, Room 130, Blountstown, Florida 32424 NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. (CT) on Tuesday February 18, 2014 for the following project:
BID NAME: Request for Bid for the Calhoun County Road Department Pole Barn.
DESCRIPTION: The Calhoun County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to respond to this Request for Bid for the Calhoun County Road Department Pole Barn. The proposed barn shall be 36’ wide and 120’ long, 13’ eve height, 8”X8” treated post.
Bids will be opened and recorded by the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. (CT).
Specifications and General Conditions may be obtained from the Emergency Management Office between the hours of 7:00 A.M. (CT) and 4:00 P.M (CT) Monday through Friday. Information or inquiries may be made by contacting Joe Wood, Director of Operations, at 20859 Central Avenue East, Room G-40, Blountstown, Florida or phone 850.674.8075.
Bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked what the bid is for. Bids MUST be submitted and the bid sheet provided in the specifications obtained from the Emergency Management Office.
The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid in their judgment will be in the best interest of Calhoun County.
