Oct. 8: Michael E. Stone, domestic violence
Oct. 10: Brad Curtis Phillips, battery on pregnant victim, resisting arrest without violence; John Marcus Messer, DUI

LIBERTY COUNTY
Oct. 3: April Scott, holding for CCSO
Oct. 5: Donnie Noah Whitfield, county VOP
Oct. 6: Eugene Dixon, holding for Sumter County; Sherry Forte McCardle, filing a false report; Ashley Jane Long, county VOP
Oct. 7: Alice Godwin, holding for CCSO
Oct. 8: John Ingalls, holding for HCCI
Oct. 9: Steve Odom, domestic battery; James Peak, in serving; Patrick Layfield, in serving 30 days
Oct. 10: Jose Leonel Reina, driving with no license

The above individuals were booked into the Calhoun or Liberty County Jail over the past week. Although they have been charged with a crime, they are considered innocent until proven guilty.
