Blountstown High School's culinary program, The Tiger's Table, served its second luncheon of the year on Thursday with several community members stopping by to enjoy the delectable feast.
The menu included a choice of house salad with house-made pepper-jelly vinaigrette or ranch, seafood gumbo or spinach stuffed baked Jackson Farms tomato for an appetizer, an entree of low country boil with shrimp, crawfish, potatoes, corn and Register’s sausage, plus toasted garlic bread.
For dessert, guests had three tempting choices, sugar dusted beignets, bread pudding with praline sauce and double chocolate three layer cake.
