OBITUARY - Tew

Mr. Edwin Tew, 85, of Clarksville, FL, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, in Marianna, FL.
Edwin was born on July 1, 1927, in Clarksville and had lived in Calhoun County all of his life. He was a retired construction superintendent and was a Veteran of WWII serving in the United States Navy. Edwin was a member of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Tew, of Clarksville; four daughters, Karen Huckaby of Marianna, Angelia Tucker and her husband, William, of Bristol, Bessie Combs and her husband, David, of Telogia, Dianna Mauldin and her husband, Mark, of Altha; one sister, Winnie Eulene Adams, of Clarksville; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; three special nephews, Ronnie, Larry and Billy Stevens; and two special nieces, Kathy Milton and Susan Adams.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 5, at 3:00 pm CST at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Shawn Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Travelers Rest Cemetery in Clarksville. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 5, from 2:00 pm until service time at 3:00 pm CST, Tuesday, March 5, at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel.
