BID NAME: Request for Bid for the Calhoun County Annual Limerock Contract.
DESCRIPTION: The Calhoun County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to respond to this Request for Bid for the high calcium limerock and/or limerock meeting FDOT Standard Specification Section 911 to be used in repairing various county roads.
BID OPENING:
Bids will be opened and received by the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. (CT).
Specifications and General Conditions may be obtained from the Emergency Management Office between the hours of 7:00 A.M. (CT) and 4:00 P.M (CT) Monday through Friday. Bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked what the bid is for.
A sealed copy of test results from a certified testing laboratory verifying qualifying percentages of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) and Magnesium Carbonate (MgCO3) must be submitted with the bid as well as a sealed copy of FM 5-515 test results from a certified laboratory. All tests results shall not be greater than 90 days old on the bid submission date.
The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid in their judgment will be in the best interest of Calhoun County.

SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INCis the Plaintiff and JO YADACK A/K/A JOANNE DRAKE A/K/A JOANNE D. From said POINT OF BEGINNING thence continue East, a distance of 64.76 feet to a 1/2 inch rod (RLS 1999); thence North 04 Degrees 48 Minutes 25 Seconds East, a distance of 118.79 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod (LS 5024) set on the southerly maintained right of way boundary of Barker Road; thence South 80 Degrees 34 Minutes 35 Seconds East along said southerly maintained right of way boundary, a distance of 20.71 feet to a 5/8 iron rod (LS 5024); thence South 05 Degrees 06 Minutes 30 Seconds West, a distance of 115.44 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod; thence East, a distance of 142.74 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod (RLS 1999); thence continue East, a distance of 15 feet, more or less to the Westerly bank of the Chipola River, thence meander Southwesterly along said Westerly bank, a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said westerly bank with the center of a creek; thence meander Westerly along the center of said creek, a distance of 340 feet, more or less, to a point that is South 30 Degrees 14 Minutes 40 Seconds West from the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence North 30 Degrees 14 Minutes 40 Seconds East 3 feet, more or less, to a 5/8 inch iron rod (LS 5024) on the Northerly bank of said creek; thence North 30 Degrees 14 Minutes 40 Seconds East, a distance of 216.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons or firms that sealed bids will be accepted at the Calhoun County Clerk of Court Office located at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20859 Central Avenue East, Room 130, Blountstown, Florida 32424 NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON (CT) on March 19, 2013 for the following project:
BID NAME: Request for Bid for the Calhoun County Annual Limerock Contract.
DESCRIPTION: The Calhoun County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to respond to this Request for Bid for the high calcium limerock and/or limerock meeting FDOT Standard Specification Section 911 to be used in repairing various county roads.
BID OPENING:
Bids will be opened and received by the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. (CT).
Specifications and General Conditions may be obtained from the Emergency Management Office between the hours of 7:00 A.M. (CT) and 4:00 P.M (CT) Monday through Friday. Bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked what the bid is for.
A sealed copy of test results from a certified testing laboratory verifying qualifying percentages of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) and Magnesium Carbonate (MgCO3) must be submitted with the bid as well as a sealed copy of FM 5-515 test results from a certified laboratory. All tests results shall not be greater than 90 days old on the bid submission date.
The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid in their judgment will be in the best interest of Calhoun County.
