A Bristol man was arrested last Tuesday, accused of sexual battery.
Harold Clifton Rogers, 42, remains in custody at the Liberty County Jail.
According to the LCSO, a young girl said Rogers was giving her a ride home when he pulled under the Apalachicola River Bridge and molested her.
Rogers denied ever touching the girl, alleging she was mad because she had been caught making out with her boyfriend the week prior.
