Youth camp worker fathers juvenile’s child

Cleveland Richie Richardson, 39, was arrested last Tuesday in the case.

The investigation began last April when a juvenile previously incarcerated at the youth camp alleged she had consensual sex with Richardson on numerous occasions. She further alleged other girls were sleeping with Richardson and they were all rewarded with books, magazines and other items not routinely allowed.

The girl gave birth to a premature baby in January 2012. Paternity tests revealed Richardson was the father of the child, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest. He remains in custody at the Liberty County Jail.
