You are hereby noticed that an Advisory Hearing will be held before the Honorable Magistrate David Johnson, of the Circuit Court, Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, at the Calhoun County Courthouse, 20895 East Central Avenue, Blountstown, Florida, on the 19th day of March, 2013 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. (Central Time).
You have the right to appear with counsel at this hearing. If you can not afford legal representation, the Court will appoint counsel for you at this hearing upon the determination of insolvency.
