On Friday, May 11th, “The Tasty Tiger” prepared a delicious meal that consisted of Parisian Watermelon Salad, Pork Medallions w/deglazed sauce, Warm Asian Salad, Cappuccino Mouse in Chocolate Cups and Iced Tea.
Culinary students were in charge of the event. Lauren Blackburn was the Front of House Manager and Miah Jackson was the Back of House Manager.
In addition to the managers, the following students helped in the planning, preparation and serving of the meal: Cierra Capps, Alanna Daniels, Kerri Golden, Jordan Holliday, Kelsey Kent, Brantley Lee, Jamie McDaniel, Marisa Melvin, Michelle Young, Ashley Oxendine, Katie Tew, D.B. Colvin, Brooklyn Hunt, Brandon O’Bryan and Krystal Yon.
Forty-two guests made up of BHS Faculty, Staff, Seniors of 2012 and District Personnel were there to enjoy the wonderful meal. The Culinary Students are looking forward to expanding their program in the future.
