NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2009 and entered in Case No. 09-00182, of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Calhoun County, Florida, CHRISTIANA BANK & TRUST COMPANY, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE SECURITY NATIONAL FUNDING TRUST is Plaintiff and the CATHY J. MAZERAC A/K/A CATHY J. HIRES.: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants.
