YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the administration of the Estate of Rudolph J. Rackley, Sr. a/k/a Rudolph J. Rackley, a/k/a Rudolph Rackley, a/k/a R.J. Rackley, File Number 2012-06PR is pending in the Circuit Court for Calhoun County, Florida, Probate Division, 20859 Central Ave., Blountstown, FL 32424, the address of which is the Calhoun County Courthouse. The Personal Representative of the Estate is Myrl Rackley a/k/a Myrle Rackley. The name and address of the Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All persons having claims or demands against the Estate are required, WITHIN THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, to file with the Clerk of the above Court a written statement of any claim or demand they may have.
