YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Terry Nikki, 11126 S.R. 20 West, Clarksville, FL, on or before January 26, 2012, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 20859 Central Avenue E., Room 130, Blountstown, FL 32424, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Courts office. You may review these documents upon request.

You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk’s office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF VOTE TABULATING EQUIPMENT

The Calhoun County Canvassing Board will convene at the office of the Calhoun County Supervisor of Elections, 20859 Central Avenue East, Room G-10, Blountstown, Florida, at 9:00 a.m. on January 18, 2012. The Canvassing Board is convening for the testing of ballot tabulating equipment to be used for the January 31, 2012 Presidential Preference Primary Election. The board may also discuss other matters relating to the January 31, 2012 Presidential Preference Primary Election.

In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public.
