Mrs. DeAnna Elizabeth (Cook) Whittington, 51, of Blountstown, FL, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016, in Tallahassee, FL.
DeAnna was born on March 9, 1965, in Orlando, FL, to Dee and Alma (Barton) Cook. She worked as an administrative assistant for Dacar Fire Protection for a number of years. DeAnna was a member or the Assembly of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dee and Alma (Barton) Cook.
Survivors include her loving husband of 21 years, Hilldon (Buckshot) Whittington, of Blountstown; one son, Jared Dee Henderson, of Blountstown; two daughters, Jennifer Mullins and her husband, Vince, of Quincy, FL, and Jessica Coleman and her husband, Patrick, of Blountstown; one brother, DeWayne Dee Cook, of Lodi, NJ; one sister, Cheri White of Meridian, IN, and her children, Rheanon Nicole Hosko and Victor Baca; and five grandchildren, Danielle Mullins, Jada Coleman, Alaric Mullins, Patrick Coleman, and Ryan Henderson.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM (CDT) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown with Reverend Michael Morris officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Altha. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 13, at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 PM (CDT).

OBITUARY - Carson
Lewis David Carson, Jr., 75, of Bristol passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 in Tallahassee. Born in Panama City, October 6, 1940, Lewis D. was the son of Lewis David Carson, Sr. and Sallie (Shuler) Carson. He worked with Florida Highway Patrol for eighteen years, Department of Revenue for eight years, Florida Department of transportation as weight inspector for seven years and still found time for his true passion, farming. He was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Lewis David, Sr. and Sallie Carson, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elaine Carson.
Survivors include his wife, Myrlene (Odom) Carson of Bristol; his son, Lewis David Carson, III of Bristol; daughter, Rebecca Carson Foran and her husband, Alvin of Bristol; five grandchildren, Carmen Foran Nguyen, Caroline Millicent Carson, Anna Jo Carson, Chaff Carson Foran, and Audrey Wood Carson; one sister, Yvonne Carson Summers and her husband Bauchie of Bristol; a brother-in-law, Lamar Odom and his wife, Linda of Lake City; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. ET, Sunday, March 6 at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. ET, Monday, March 7 in Bristol United Methodist Church with Reverend John Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Mystic Cemetery in Bristol.

Born in Tampa, Florida, June 27, 1950, Linda was the daughter of the late Randolph Terrell York and Bertha Elizabeth (Sullivan) York. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald E. Fred Stoltzfus passed away Monday, February 22, 2015, in Ocala, Florida, after an extended illness.
Born on March, 20, 1928, in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, Fred was the son of the late Daniel Stoltzfus and Martha (Barbe) Stoltzfus. He attended school in Hesston, Kansas, before moving to Atmore, Alabama, where he operated a dairy. In 1957, Fred moved to Blountstown, where he enjoyed his hobby of flying his airplane for many years and was engaged in farming until 2008. He was of Mennonite faith and was active in prison ministry.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda, of Blountstown; sons, Terrell Stoltzfus and wife, Patricia, of Cantonment, FL, and Bryan Taylor and wife, Samantha, of Blountstown; daughters, Cherie Miller and husband, Wendall, of Woodville, FL, Michele Brooks and husband, Kevin, of Ocala, FL, and Wendy Monroe and husband, Brad, of Marianna, FL; a sister, Viva Lugbill, of Denver, CO; a brother, Alan Stoltzfus, of San Francisco, CA; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Gateway Baptist Church with Rev. Roger King officiating.

Doreen was born on May 16, 1947, to Lewis Sr. and Louise (McCall) Bailey. Doreen worked early in her career as an LPN and later worked in the culinary arts field. Doreen graduated from Blountstown High School in 1965. She had lived in Albany for the past 20 years and was a member of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Howard Wynn; her parents, Lewis and Louise Bailey; and two brothers, Ivey Bailey and Karl Bailey.
She is survived by a son, Rex Conoley, and husband, Bill Edwards, of Panama City, FL; two daughters, Kimberly Conoley Willard and husband, Philip, of Perry, GA, and Beverly Conoley Morefield and husband, Jeff, of Albany, GA; a brother, Lewis Bailey, Jr., and wife, Naoko, of Orlando, FL; a sister, Virginia Bailey Howard, and husband, James, of Blountstown, FL; three grandchildren, Chasity Leech and husband, Jeremy, Kaitlyn Morefield, and John Morefield; and her puppy, Nugget.
