Larry E. Tucker, age 59, of Altha, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 after an extended illness. Born March 7, 1956 in Wewahitchka, Florida, he was the son of the late Morgan and Carrie Elizabeth (Abbott) Stanford. He lived most of his life in Altha and was a boiler operator for North Florida Lumber for many years.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Ronnie Tucker.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta Dawn (Moody) Tucker of Altha; his son, Tony Tucker of Altha; his daughter, Danielle Tucker, also of Altha; two step-daughters, Beth Shelton of Altha and Amanda Tucker of Clarksville, Florida; eight grandchildren; five brothers, Morgan Tucker, James Tucker, Robert Earl Tucker, and Rex Tucker, all of Altha and Tommy Tucker of Sumatra, Florida; and a sister, Shirley Womble of Altha.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 30 in the Chapel at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend Carlton Baggett officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to service time (10:00 a.m.) at the funeral home.

Edith Mae Davis, age 62, of Blountstown, Florida passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Blountstown. Born June 24, 1952 in Hosford, Florida, Edith was the daughter of Charlie Mercer and Ellie Mae (Smith) Mercer. She lived in Bristol, Florida most of her life and was of the Pentecostal faith. Edith was a homemaker and her favorite hobby was fishing.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Davis; four brothers, E. J. Shiver, Irvin Shiver, Earnest Roy Shiver and John Mercer; and two sisters, Evie Mullins and Melissa Mercer.

Charlie was born on January 8, 1933, in Tennille, Alabama, to Roy and Eula Culpepper. He was a farmer and worked in plumbing for many years. Charlie served his country during the Korean Conflict and served in the 45th Infantry Division with the United Stated Army. He lived in Altha most of his life. Charlie was a diehard Florida State Seminole fan, loved the Green Bay Packers, and was also a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Charlie was also an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Culpepper; two brothers, Leon and Lomax Culpepper; and a sister, Bobbie Jean Stephens.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille Culpepper, of Altha; five sons, Roger Culpepper and wife, Violet, of Altha, David Culpepper of Altha, George Culpepper and wife, Sarah, of Defuniak Springs, Florida, Jason Culpepper of Altha, and Joseph Culpepper of Cordell, Georgia; two daughters, Rachael Watson and husband, Rick, of Altha, and Velma Lockheart, of Graceville, Florida; three step-daughters, Bonnie Hall and husband, Mark, of Altha, Emily Lytle and husband, Michael, of Blountstown, and Amanda Peavy and husband, Jason, of Blountstown; 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
