Donald Edward Smith, 71, of Blountstown, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015, in Tallahassee, FL.
Donald was born on August 4, 1943, in Blountstown and had lived here most of his life. He retired with the State of Florida working in Family and Children Services with 30 years of service. Donald was a 1962 graduate of Blountstown High School, received his AA Degree from Chipola College in Marianna and received his BA degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. He was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include two brothers, Henry Smith and his wife, Debbie, of Blountstown, and Charles D. (Frank) Smith of Blountstown; one sister, Voncille S. White, and her husband, Snooky, of Blountstown; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorialization will be by cremation.

Harry Allen Lozon, Jr., 76, of Marianna, passed away Monday evening, January 12, 2015 at Jackson Hospital.
He was born March 2, 1938, in Montana and moved to Marianna in 1954 and had resided at Sunland Center for the past 30 years.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry A. Lozon, Sr. and Ruth A. Lozon; and a nephew, Peter D. Lee.
Mr. Lozon is survived by his sister, Ruth A. (Lozon) Lee Weidner and husband, Raymond, of Blountstown; a nephew, Gregory A. Lee, and family of San Jose, CA; a special friend, Betty Gallaway, of Marianna; and, most importantly, his extended family at Sunland. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Service of remembrance will be at 2 pm Friday, January 23, at Sunland United Chapel with Rev. Greg Roberts officiating. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.

Tim was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, December 27, 1960, to Jean Ann (Dumas) McCutcheon. He was a sheet metal worker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Terrie, of Altha; his son, Timothy Eric McCutcheon, and his wife, Kowany, of Panama City, Florida; two daughters, Jessica Lynne McCutcheon of Altha and Dawn Marie McDaniel and her husband, Brandon, also of Altha; three grandchildren, Timothy Eric McCutcheon, Jr., Bradon Caleb McDaniel, and Payton Tyler Knowles; his brother-in-law, Roy R. “Woody” Wood Jr.; mother-in-law, Annette Wood; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

James Grover, 83, of Altha, Florida, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015, in Blountstown, Florida.
James was born in Alliance, Florida, March 3, 1931, to the late James J. and Minnie Bell (Phillips) Grover. He served in the United States Army for several years and later in life he worked as a carpenter. James was a member of Page Pond Assembly of God Church.
Other than his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Louise Grover, and son, Gary Griffin.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Griffin of Panama City, Florida, and Gene Griffin and his wife, Samantha, of Tennessee; three daughters, Charlotte Clemons and her husband, Clint, of Altha, Bonny Kornegay and her husband, Corvia, also of Altha, and Amber Neal and her husband, Dalton, of Blountstown; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Faye Bates, and her husband, J.D., of Altha; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Russell was born to the late Charles H. and Lucille (Wood) Edenfield in Miami, Florida, October 28, 1930. He was retired from Southwestern Paper Mill as a Paper Maker Supervisor. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict, and was a life member of Veteran of Foreign Wars. Russell was a member of the Panama City Scottish Rite, Blountstown Shrine Club, Past Worshipful Master of Dixie Lodge 109 in Blountstown, a member of Red Level Lodge 134 (Plural) in Altha, Florida, Past Worshipful Master of Ira Lindsey, Sr. Lodge in Parker, Florida, Past Patron of Order of Eastern Star in Parker, and a member of Tupelo Lodge of Wewahitchka, Florida.
Survivors include his wife, Runnell, of Bristol; his daughter, Debra Lynn Gibbons of Lynn Haven, Florida; three step children, Joseph Jones of Augusta, Georgia, Janice Douglas of Panama City, and Judy Herring, also of Panama City; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
