Christopher Bontrager, the 8-month-old son of Scott and Jana Bontrager, went to be with the angels of heaven Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Nashville.
Christopher brought lots of love and joy to all who knew him, even those he never met in person.
Surviving, other than his parents, are siblings, Mary, Benjamin, Jolene and Sara; maternal grandparents, Greg and Pam Jones, of Clarksville, Florida; paternal grandmother, Annette Bontrager, of Blounstown, Florida; maternal great-grandparents, Estelle Jones of Clarksville, Florida, and Mary Cathryn and Charlie Cook Bridges of Scotts Ferry, Florida; and several aunts and uncles and great-aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 26, at Southview Community Church, 1235 Moreland Dr., Kingsport, Tennessee, with Pastor Tom Legg officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
