A missing 14-year-old girl was found in Blountstown this morning after reportedly spending a night with a 23-year-old man smoking meth.
According to the Blountstown Police Department, Janice Holder reported her daughter missing earlier today after the girl failed to come home on Sunday. The woman said she allowed Justin Bowman to walk her daughter to a house where she babysits, but the girl never returned. Inv. Timothy Partridge noted that Holder waited until the next morning to file the missing person report with authorities.
Bowman and the teen were located by Lt. Adam Terry just before 9 a.m. in an abandoned camper on 12th Street. Meth, marijuana and a meth pipe were recovered. Bowman said the drugs belonged to him, but the girl admitted to smoking meth with Bowman the previous night.
Holder was charged with neglect of a child. Bowman was arrested for possession of meth, less than 20 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and child abuse.
Check out Wednesday's print edition of The County Record for more details.

I am very familiar with this situation, and not everything is as it appears. So before you judge my sister, try to get the details so that you know what your judging her for. She is not a neglectful mother, she loves her children with all her heart.

Another Casey Anthony. She is lucky that the girl did not end up in a ditch somewhere.
It is easy to become a mother hard to be one
