A wonderful person, friend and public servant. Todd made folks feel important and cared deeply about the men and women of law enforcement. He will be missed. God Bless!

Todd was a wonderful person and he will be greatly missed by his many friends and co-workers. The absense of his funny quips, his unique personality and his remarkable ability to exceed at his job will leave a void in our world.
